Production General Labor: Planting, transplanting plants in pots and ground; Harvesting plant cuttings; Stick and tag plant cuttings; fill soil; Cutting plant material; Move plant materials within the greenhouses; Pick and pack for shipping. Education/Experience: No formal education is required for this position however, simple tasks such as matching numbers and verbal communication are essential.

Growing Department: Assist section Grower in the production of perennial plug liners. This position involves hands-on growing such as perennial propagation, irrigation, fertilizing, and applying pesticides and growth regulators, as well as other general plant care. Education/Experience: No formal education is required for this position however, must be able to understand training materials and be able to obtain your PA private applicators license.

Aris Horticulture, Inc. is pleased to announce the hiring of Art Cady as the Grower Operations Manager for its Green Leaf Plants® division in Lancaster, PA. Art will be part of the PA Senior Leadership Team working under the direction of Blair Hoey, Managing Director.

Lancaster Online spent time at Green Leaf Plants this summer and interviewed our General Manager, Blair Hoey, for their YouTube Channel. This is a great overview of our wonderful company and member of the Lancaster family.
